![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The main character 19- year old Clio Dunne is an ambitious artist who has inherited her parents ability to time travel and her parents have given her a medallion enabling her to do so. Everything is a full picture and not bits and pieces of things as if they had been magnified! The story is not only set in the Chronos World but follows the Chronos rules. I wasn't disappointed! The pictures are gorgeous and are reminiscent of the great comics I read several years ago. I was very intrigued to see that Rysa Walker, author of one of my favorite YA series, the Chronos Files Timebound book one, has written the story for a new comic book series, Time Trial #1 that is set in the world of the Chronos Files. I haven't read a comic book since I was in grammar school! I have picked up a few since then but nothing intrigued me. ![]()

What I saw in it was a birthmark (the original title was The Omen – Birthmark). What clinched it all was discovering this verse in Revelation: “Let it be known that the number of The Beast is a human number. And in the telling of that whopper, he committed what I call the Original Sin, which would bring his life to ruin. How to get the Devil’s child into that family? By deception – but not by the child or the Devil, but by Ambassador Thorn himself, who would lie to his wife that an orphaned foundling was their own newborn son. Reflecting on my documentary about Robert Kennedy, whose father was the American Ambassador to the United Kingdom, I created an Ambassador to the United Kingdom, and called him Robert Thorn. I would therefore place the Devil’s child in a high-level political family. I was working with many versions of the Book of Revelation, and many interpretive texts written by theological scholars and found, in one of those interpretive texts, that references to the “Eternal Sea,” which The Beast (Antichrist) would rise from, was a metaphor for “the world of revolution and turmoil”. ![]() ![]() ![]() This led to the development of realistic quantitative models for the structural and functional design of organisms based on underlying universal principles. This is also the first time Hastings meets Inspector Japp (Poirot had known him from before).
